Einpark Offices
We built the first carbon-neutral building in Slovakia
Einpark received the LEED Zero Carbon certificate, thus becoming the only carbon-neutral building in Slovakia. It was built and designed in accordance with the highest LEED Platinum certification criteria. The project belongs among the top 1% of the most sustainable buildings in the world.
Blumental Offices
We created a new local center
Blumental offices are a part of a project which transformed a derelict location in Bratislava’s suburbs into a fully-fledged, lively city block. Thanks to a careful incorporation into the contours of the historical center of Bratislava’s Old Town, it shifts and extends its borders.
Vilharia
We are building the biggest and most sustainable business center in Slovenia
Vilharia is our second project in Ljubljana, which will result in the biggest and most sustainable administrative complex in Slovenia. It is designed in accordance with the Nordic architectural traditions.
